Long Island’s Somerset Thrower have released “Shinebox,” the third single from their upcoming album, Take Only What You Need to Survive, out July 11, 2025 via Smartpunk Records.
“Shinebox” delivers a strong dose of the band’s melodic punk sound—tight, hook-driven, and emotionally charged. Originally almost left off the album, the track now serves as a standout closer that reflects the record’s energy and heart.
Produced by Jon Markson, the full-length arrives next month and is available for pre-order on limited vinyl editions through Smartpunk.
