Piffbreak Arcade – Good Times, Bad Livin’

Toronto’s Piffbreak Arcade return swinging with Good Times, Bad Livin’, a gritty new single out now on Rhydwen Records. Known for their raw mix of punk rock and rock’n’roll swagger, the band delivers another hard-hitting track built on pounding drums, gritty vocals, and hooks made for shouting along in dive bars and basements.

Following last year’s full-length Just Glad To Be Here, this single leans into their lived-in, worn-out spirit. The riffs snarl, the rhythm section punches, and the vocals cut through with that familiar gravel—half sneer, half confession. It’s tight, tough, and straight to the point.

The band previewed the release under the “Bad Livin’ Roadshow” banner, hitting regional shows across Northern Ontario and keeping it pure DIY. That no-frills, all-heart energy is all over the track—loud, loose, and real.

Good Times, Bad Livin’ doesn’t try to clean up the chaos. It celebrates it. If you like your punk with grit and zero pretense, this is Piffbreak Arcade at their best.
