Dave New World, a rising punk act from Hamilton, Ontario, has released their second single, “Deadbeat Parade,” via People of Punk Rock Records. Following up on their debut track “No Friends,” this new release continues to sharpen their message and sound ahead of their forthcoming LP Irrational Anthems, due out September 10, 2025.
“Deadbeat Parade” is a compact blast of punk rock, clocking in under two minutes. It tears through themes of political spectacle, culture war fatigue, and punk scene contradictions—offering up a caustic commentary set to jagged riffs and a gritty, anthemic delivery. The track is paired with a DIY video and is streaming now across all major platforms.
Released through Quebec City’s People of Punk Rock Records, “Deadbeat Parade” confirms Dave New World’s place among Canada’s most promising new punk voices—raw, fast, and defiantly clear-eyed.
